Carl has practised martial arts for over 50 years and holds 3rd Dan grades in both Aikido and Jujitsu, together with 1st Dan in Goju Ryu Karate.
He founded Zenreikan Aikido Southport with the late Alan Howells and teaches as a member of the North West Aikikai.

Eoghan is a 1st Dan Aikido practitioner and a qualified British Aikido Board Level 1 Coach.
He teaches alongside the other instructors at Zenreikan Aikido Southport.
